    Beginner Inline Skating Class (4~ 10 YO) @ TOPPEN

    We arrived on time with the QR code, after buying new gears from decathlon, only to be told that the instructor is not there and the class is cancelled. There is no prior notice to inform us. My child was so excited when I told him about the class, and he was so upset and disappointed when it was cancelled abruptly.
