We’ll start off with warm ups such as jogging or skipping followed by HIIT , circuit training with a hint of the Thai combat sport . Next we’ll be performing shadowboxing , padwork drills , partner drills and the most exciting part SPARRING 😉💣 Kindly be informed that the first payment will be as below ; Monthly : RM 130/150 Registration : RM 100 Annual renewal : RM 20 ( only on January 2025 )
